Had an excellent stay for a value for money Krakow experience, everything was perfect. We liked sensational breakfast for the value had better elswhere, offered by the hotel. It was in a marvellous location adjacent to Central Train Station and both Bus 

The most important was the staff - very polite and exceptional people. It was in a central location, in quiet neighborhood.

It has both very kind and welcoming staff. The location is marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to a Roman Catholic basilica. It is next to a bus stop, that's good.

Brand new bathrooms!

A nice size rooms in this good budget hotel. Very clean bed, easy check-in.

The room was super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was quite big, had its own bathroom and TV. Free tea and coffee in the room. Friendly and informative staff. Convenient fridge 

one of the advantages - good sized rooms; they included shower facilities and bath sheets. the breakfast was sensational, there was a wide range of food to chose from.

Greatly enjoyed Krakow, the hotel was well priced close enough to the main square. The location was comfortable because it was near to Train and Bus Station as well as railway and coach.

Truly enjoyed the room with all the amenities, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Definitely want to stay in that area again, totally recommend it to others. The staff are exceptional and really care about the guests. The downstairs bar makes the good drinks.

Efficient staff and really handy location make it a great choice! Close to the venue you can find the train station. Make sure to get guest room with which was from the 1980's and nearly every drink.

Its location was GOOD, really close to the center, everything, especially the train, bus station and shopping facilities, and the shopping centre for the supermarket and eateries.
